Vibrostands and their components
Mobile shakers powered by internal batteries are ideal for the calibration of vibration/displacement sensors, accelerometers, eddy current proximity sensors, entire measurement channels of stationary systems and vibration analyzers, including cabling, testing, alarm and fault protection. Generating a wide range of frequencies and amplitudes, with sensors comfortably mounted, their small size and weight make them an indispensable tool for testing fixed and portable measuring instruments..
Bruel & Kjaer, Metrix
Metrix shakers include more operational functions. In manual mode, the vibration test level and test frequency can be set from 10 to 10,000 Hz. In sensitivity mode, the vibrostand does not only vibrate the transducer being tested, but also measures its output and calculates its output sensitivity. A built-in display reads the output sensitivity which can be stored in the shaker’s memory. Complete testing sequences and data can be stored in memory for each tested sensor, and a built-in printer logs data on the spot or stores it for later. An RS232 port and data transfer program are standard components, and ASCII data files are easily transferred to a computer. For testing heavy or high-frequency transducers, the vibrostand automatically corrects the sensitivity calculation for the effects of the transducer’s mass loading. It also measures and displays the transducer phase, which is important in balancing applications. A built-in self test program checks for accuracy of all calculations.

Gas analyzers are instruments for measuring the content (concentration) of one or more components in gas mixtures. Each gas analyzer is designed to measure the concentration of a specific component against specific gas mixtures in normalized conditions. Along with the individual gas analyzers, there exist generated gas control systems, which combine dozens of these devices.
The Transformer Test Bench is a desk type panel for transformer testing. It houses test instruments, selector switches, PBs, indicators, meters and computers. A test engineer can control various parameters of the test equipment, such as the HV Tester, MG set, isolators, breakers and many more. There is also an automatic test set with an LCD touch-screen. In this case, digital indicators and counters are not used, and control is carried out through the HMI.
Vibration analyzers and their components
A vibration analyzer is a device used for the measurement and spectral analysis of vibration parameters, such as displacement and velocity/acceleration of the vibrating body, and the balancing/adjustment of rotary type mechanisms. It also permits the measurement of dynamic signals, saving them on to device memory or media to view, analyze and transmit data to a database on a personal computer. This is done to evaluate the impact on mechanisms, buildings and people.
Using the instrument provides objective monitoring of the current technical state of mechanisms, excludes emergency stops and allows technicians to reasonably determine the proper time, scope and content of repair/adjustment works to control the quality of their performance. Vibration analyzers are equipped with a transducer, data acquisition, local display and output to computers. The transducer converts the vibration into an electric signal that is read on the meter as a vibration level.
Other special tools and equipment
Condenser equipment, as a whole, is an electrical unit consisting of condensers, their associated electrical parts (circuit breakers, disconnectors, discharge resistors, device management, security et cetera) and busbars. Condenser equipment may consist of one or more condenser batteries or from one or more separate sets of single condensers connected to a condenser network through switching devices.
